Qualifications

• Triage experience in a clinical pediatric setting preferred.
• RN license in Wisconsin or compact state (WI/IN/AZ) required.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.

Responsibilities

• Triage via telephone and patient messaging in the EHR.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities and maintain accountability for quality.
• Provide health education to families with focus on self-management and prevention.
• Collaborate with care teams to coordinate assessment, develop and monitor care plans.
• Document in accordance with nursing standards and HIPAA requirements.
• Adapt to changing work assignments and schedules.
• Provide in-person clinical care during nurse visits when needed.
