Job summary

Intermountain Healthcare Inc. is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the North Temple Clinic in Salt Lake City, UT. The staff RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualified candidates will have an active RN license, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of RN experience; BSN within 4 years is required for newer hires. Spanish is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice. Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred; BSN required as of 4/27/2025.

Responsibilities

• Assess: Performs assessment of physical, social, and psychological status and information from the interdisciplinary team.
• Plan: Develop individualized care plans with patient and family involvement.
• Implement: Directs the care team and coordinates care to follow the plan.
• Evaluate: Reviews interventions and outcomes, revises plan as needed.
• Professionalism: Maintains ethical standards, documentation, and licensure compliance.
