MultiCare Rockwood Clinic in Spokane, WA is seeking an experienced Clinic RN to provide pediatric care. The RN will function independently using the nursing process to assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate care for patients across the lifespan. Collaboration with physicians, APPs, and care teams is essential to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role requires an RN license in WA, BLS, and ACLS as required by the site. A BSN is preferred, with about two years of clinic experience.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or MLS
• BSN preferred
• BLS Certification required
• ACLS may be required after hire depending on site
• Two years of RN experience in a clinic setting preferred

Responsabilités

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate nursing functions
• Independently triages patients in person, via phone and secure messages
• Collaborates with the clinic team to improve quality of care and patient experience
• Advocates for ethical and holistic patient care across diverse backgrounds
