Join MultiCare Rockwood Clinic in Spokane as a per diem Clinic Registered Nurse. You’ll apply the nursing process, assess patients, and collaborate with physicians, APPs and care teams to deliver high-quality care in a supportive environment.

We value professional growth with tuition assistance and a strong culture of respect and patient-centered care. Current Washington RN license and BLS are required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Washington State or MLS endorsement.
• BSN preferred.
• Current BLS Certification required.
• ACLS may be required after hire, depending on assigned clinic site.
• Two (2) years of RN experience in a clinic setting preferred.
• Candidates with less than two (2) years' experience may be considered for Transition to Practice Program.

Responsabilités

• Utilizes the nursing process as a systematic problem-solving approach to nursing care.
• Independently triages patients in person, via telephone and secure messages.
• Uses critical thinking skills in decisions regarding patient care.
• Uses assessment and analysis skills in delivering medical regimens as directed.
• Delegates selected patient care functions to others per education and competence.
• Collaborates with the clinic team to improve quality of care and patient experience.
• Fosters a learning environment for patients, families, and all team members.
• Advocates for ethical and holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
