• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field.
• 3+ years clinical experience; Pediatric experience preferred.
• Current RN licensure in Oklahoma or eNLC multistate license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care throughout the continuum as part of the multidisciplinary team.
• Advocate, educate, and counsel outpatient clinic patients and families.
• Develop and enhance multidisciplinary clinics to improve patient experience.
• Communicate with families, care teams, and sub-specialists for referrals and transitions.
• Assist with clinic operations, satellite and multidisciplinary clinics.
