Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an area related to Child Growth and Development; 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and evaluates child life programs and maintains standards of care for patients and their families.
• Directs and supervises staff and pediatric volunteers.
• Manages staff development and performs periodic and annual performance reviews.
• Develops short- and long-term objectives for the program.
• Supervises programming and related activities and directs action plans for improvements.
• Manages the operating budget and provides monthly variance reports.
• Participates in planning, coordination, and implementation of community programs.
