Qualifications

• 2 or more years of Child Life clinical experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in pediatric healthcare settings preferred.
• Certified Child Life Certification (CCLS) required.
• Advanced pediatric or leadership certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of Child Life services.
• Provides clinical guidance and ensures adherence to standards.
• Develops and monitors program goals.
• Partners with academic institutions for internship support.
• Leads staff development activities.
• Monitors program quality and compliance.
• Collaborates with leadership to enhance pediatric care delivery.
