Job summary

Seattle Children's is seeking a Charge RN to lead, plan, and coordinate safe, timely patient and family care on the unit per shift. You will apply the nursing process to oversee care for the entire unit and collaborate with staff to meet patient needs.

The role requires an RN license in Washington, BSN preferred, and BLS; some positions require PEARS/PALS as alternatives. Compensation ranges and benefits are described in the posting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN).
• Minimum one year nursing experience.
• BSN preferred; pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and deliver safe and timely patient and family care on the unit.
• Apply nursing process to oversight and coordination of patient care for the unit during shift.
• Support CPI and other strategic initiatives in daily work.
• Coordinate care with staff, patients and families.
