The South Bend Clinic is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (or related experience) to join the Pediatrics department on Eddy Street Campus in South Bend, IN. This 12-hour weekly role supports office flow, back-office clinical tasks, and patient care under physician supervision.

Qualified candidates are proficient in EMR, patient communication, and team collaboration, with a commitment to HIPAA guidelines and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Proficient in EMR; able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent patient service orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provides ongoing triage and management of office flow to meet patient needs.
• Performs the clinical procedures of the department.
• Document all patient care accurately and concisely.
• Assist with basic back office skills including injections, bandaging, and vitals.
• Receives patients professionally and rooms them per protocol.
