Job summary

The Kidz Club is seeking a Pediatric Center Administrator (RN) to lead daily operations at our Kentucky site. You will manage staffing, budgets, and family experiences while collaborating with clinical leadership to maintain high-quality pediatric care for medically complex children.

In this role, you will shape center culture, ensure compliance, and streamline workflows to deliver exceptional care and family satisfaction.

Qualifications

Active RN license
5+ years of administrative or healthcare management experience
Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire a multidisciplinary team
Strong operational instincts - budgets, scheduling, compliance, and workflow
Genuine passion for pediatric care and serving medically complex children
Exceptional communicator with families, staff, and external partners
Good computer skills and comfort with learning electronic charting systems
Current CPR (Basic Life Support)
A current negative Tuberculosis test (PPD) is required

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational leadership of the site, including staffing, compliance, culture, and family experience.
Oversee operations, budgeting, scheduling, and workflow to ensure efficient center performance.
Collaborate with the Site Director of Nursing to align clinical quality with operations and family care.
Foster a positive work environment and strong partnerships with families and external partners.
