Job summary

The Kidz Club is seeking a Site Director of Nursing (SDON) for our pediatric day program in Lexington, KY. You will lead a team of RNs, LPNs, and support staff, oversee daily clinical operations, and partner with physicians and therapists to ensure individualized, compassionate care for each child.

This leadership role offers Monday–Friday hours, no nights or weekends, and a collaborative culture that values clinical excellence and family engagement in the community.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of the designated facility.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, including at least 6 months in a PICU, NICU, or PPEC setting.
• Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current BLS/CPR certification and TB test.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical life of the facility and supervise staff.
• Coordinate care plans with physicians, therapists, specialists, and families.
• Lead and support a two-person leadership team with Center Administrator.
• Promote quality care and a compassionate culture for staff and families.
