Valley Children\'s Healthcare in California is seeking a nurse in a case management role to assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient care across the continuum. You will work with the health care team to ensure appropriate utilization and timely services for a specified group of patients.

The position requires an active CA RN license, a two-year nursing degree (2-year) and a four-year degree in a related field is preferred, and at least two years of pediatric nursing experience; bilingual

Competenze

• RN license CA-BRN required
• Minimum two (2) years Nursing experience required
• Pediatric experience and Case Management/Utilization Management experience desirable (preferred)
• Bilingual Skills Preferred
