Job summary

Responsibilities

• Under guidance of the manager, implements area specific quality plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Develops, manages and evaluates area based on staff performance.
• Leads projects and ensures timelines, deliverables, and strategic alignment.
• Provides education, guidance and coaching to staff on clinical standards.
• Ensures clinical assignments meet patient care needs and staff competencies.
