Qualifications

• LIC-Registered Nurse licensure required.

• Minimum 2 years of related nursing leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Under guidance of manager, implements area specific quality plans aligned with goals.
• Develops, manages and evaluates area based on team performance.
• Leads projects with timelines and deliverables aligned to strategic plan.
• Provides coaching and education to staff on clinical standards.
• Ensures patient care assignments match staff competencies.
