Medical Health Associates of Western New York PLLC in Tonawanda, NY is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join the Tonawanda Pediatrics Team. The PSR provides high quality care to pediatric, adolescent, and young adult patients in an office setting, on-site only.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling, insurance verification, collecting co-pays, maintaining EMR records, and coordinating with providers, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in a busy practice environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service/clerical/reception experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy required; familiarity with medical record systems helps.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and visitors, check-in patients and direct to waiting areas.
• Ensure all forms, consents, and screenings are completed.
• Answer/direct incoming calls and messages; schedule/confirm appointments.
• Maintain patient records in the EMR system and transmit records as needed.
• Collect co-pays and post charges; run end-of-day reports.
