Responsibilities

• Assist with collection and documentation of patient/family data.
• Obtain and document vital signs and report abnormalities.
• Provide patient care in collaboration with the RN and family.
• Collaborate with RNs to prioritize workload based on patient needs.
• Identify patient/family responses to care and communicate them to the RN.
• Contribute to plan of care development and updates.
• Support team with professional communication and customer service.
• Participate in achieving hospital and unit goals.
