US Pediatric Partners is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver outpatient pediatric care in collaboration with physicians. The role combines independent assessment with team-based decision making to optimize patient outcomes.

The provider will conduct visits, order labs, develop treatment plans, and educate families while maintaining compliance with regulations and clinic policies. A NJ license (NP/PA) with BLS/PALS is required, along with ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active medical license to practice in New Jersey (NP or PA) with BLS/PALS certification.
• Ability to function independently with physicians in outpatient pediatric care.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; proven ability to work in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs medical services within education, training, and experience.
• Conducts patient visits and develops treatment plans.
• Orders and evaluates labs and imaging; follows clinical guidelines.
• Coordinates care with physicians and staff; maintains patient records.
• Educates families and promotes health practices; ensures confidentiality.
