The Johns Hopkins Children's Center is seeking a Pediatric Cardiac Ultrasound Technologist to join our elite cardiac team. You will perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures on patients from fetal through adulthood with general or complex cardiac conditions, across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities include traveling to eight locations and contributing to a high-quality pediatric cardiology program.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED.
• Completion of approved curriculum in diagnostic sonography.
• Registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS).
• CPR card within three (3) months of employment.
• Six (6) months of scanning experience (clinical or student).
• Must obtain pediatric echocardiography registry within two (2) years.
• Pediatric Echocardiography Cardiology experience is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures on patients (fetal through adulthood) with general or complex cardiac conditions including Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD).
• Work in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Travel to eight locations - Baltimore, Annapolis, Towson, Westminster, Columbia, Frederick, Water's Edge, Hagerstown, and Bethesda.

Educación

High School diploma or GED

Completion of approved curriculum in diagnostic sonography

Registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)

CPR card within three months of employment

Six months of scanning experience (clinical or student)

Must obtain pediatric echocardiography registry within two years

Pediatric Echocardiography Cardiology experience is strongly preferred
