Qualifications

• One year of clinical experience required or successful completion of the intern program.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• BLS certification (by recognized training providers).

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with dressing and changing.
• Transport patients by stretcher, bed, or wheelchair.
• Identify abnormal findings and report to nursing staff.
• Escort patients to holding rooms.
• Assist with patient changes and removal of belongings.
• Verify patient information.
• Orient patients and families to the environment.
• Obtain vital signs.
