Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford is seeking an education-focused echocardiography professional to support the Echocardiography Lab Leadership in developing, delivering, and evaluating education for sonographers and fellows.

You will design orientation and continuing education, translate current congenital heart disease imaging research into curriculum, and drive quality and safety improvements for high-acuity pediatric patients.

Formación

• Education: Accredited cardiac ultrasound program completion
• Experience: Five (5) years of progressively responsible and related work experience
• License/Certification: RDCS (Pediatric) or ACS credential; Fetal (FE) credential highly desired

Responsabilidades

• Assist Echocardiography Manager and Medical Director in providing quality patient care by ensuring clinical competence of staff.
• Develop, deliver, and evaluate education and training for staff, fellows, and learners in the department.
• Create and teach orientation, in-services, and continuing education programs.
• Develop materials and sessions on congenital heart disease imaging techniques and current research.
• Promote quality improvement and maintain accreditation requirements.
