Stanford Medicine Children's Health in Palo Alto seeks an experienced Echocardiography Educator to support education for cardiac sonographers, fellows, and students. You will develop and teach programs, lead orientations, and ensure up-to-date imaging practices for high-acuity pediatric care.

The role emphasizes collaboration with leadership, ongoing professional development, and adherence to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Formación

• Accredited cardiac ultrasound program completion required.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible related work experience.
• RDCS (Pediatric) or ABC/ACS credential; Fetal credential highly desired.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver education and training for sonographer staff, fellows, and learners in congenital echocardiography.
• Collaborate with lab leadership to evaluate and update training programs.
• Lead orientation, in-services, and continuing education using current research and imaging techniques.
• Plan and maintain educational materials and pathways for staff development.
• Promote quality patient care by providing resources to meet staff education needs.
