Ascension is hiring an RN for Dell Children's Medical Center in Austin, TX. This full-time, days-shift role focuses on pediatric outpatient cardiac services, delivering direct patient care and following physician orders with safety guidelines.

You will monitor patients, update care plans, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and support safe discharge planning for smooth transitions home or to follow-up care.

Formación

• Registered Nurse licensed in Texas required.
• BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program.

Responsabilidades

• Hands-on patient care following physician orders and safety guidelines.
• Monitor patients, update care plans, and communicate changes to the team.
• Coordinate between doctors, therapists and specialists to ensure seamless care.
