Qualifications

• BC/BE pediatric anesthesiologist with subspecialty training or experience in pediatric cardiac anesthesia.
• Comfortable teaching residents, fellows, CRNAs and AAs in a multidisciplinary team.
• Interest in patient-centered care, teamwork, research and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric cardiac anesthesia for congenital heart cases in a high-volume program.
• Collaborate with fellows, CRNAs and senior residents in perioperative care.
• Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support call structure with minimal callbacks from home.
