Therapy 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to serve families in Central Fort Worth/Haltom City/Richland Hills. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement therapy plans, and coordinate with caregivers and other providers in a home-health setting.

The role requires an active Texas SLP license, flexibility, and strong technology skills. Travel within the Fort Worth area and a full-time schedule are involved, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Active Texas license to practice Speech-Language Pathology.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs with patients’ caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate patient care.
• Meet required weekly patient visit targets.
• Maintain timely patient chart updates and progress notes.
• Attend agency meetings to align on expectations and standards.
• Comply with all agency policies and applicable laws.
