Therapy 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist with a focus on feeding for home-based pediatric therapy in Aldine, TX. You will evaluate, diagnose, and implement therapy plans while coordinating with caregivers and a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires TX licensure, pediatric experience, and background in feeding therapy, with opportunities for ongoing education and benefits. Sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• TX license to practice Speech Language Pathology.
• Innovative spirit with reliability.
• Flexibility to shift resources/priorities per business needs.
• Feeding Preferred
• 3+ years as a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist
• Home-health experience.
• Experience or certifications in feeding therapy (VitalStim/SOFFI/SOS).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate patient care.
• Meet a minimum number of patient visits weekly.
• Complete patient charts, progress summaries, and logs on time.
• Engage with agency personnel to ensure care standards.
• Comply with agency policies and relevant laws.
