Job summary

Aspire Child & Family Services is seeking a motivated Behavioral Health Technician to support children with autism and behavioral challenges. You will collect data, implement individualized behavior plans, and apply evidence-based strategies to promote skill acquisition and behavioral improvement.

No prior experience required; paid training and professional development are offered. A high school diploma or GED is required, with opportunities for advancement within a family-focused organization

  • Ability to pass all required state and federal background checks.
  • Reliable transportation to client locations in Bucks and Montgomery Counties.

What You’ll Do as a BHT:
  • Collect and record data on client progress during and after sessions.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Education:High school diploma or GED (Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Ability to pass all requiredstate and federal background checks(including child abuse clearances, FBI fingerprinting, and criminal record checks).
  • Reliable transportation to client locations (current openings in Bucks and Montgomery Counties).
