Job summary

OU Health is seeking a Security Officer I for the Pediatric Behavioral Health Center to help maintain a safe environment for patients, family members, employees, and visitors. • HS diploma or GED required.
• No experience required.
• CHSO certification within 6 months; Management of Aggressive Behavior within 45 days; Handle with Care within 45 days.

Responsibilities

• Investigate complaints and disturbances with concise reports.
• Monitor two-way radio communications and write logs.
• Assist law enforcement and fire responders as needed.
• Restrain disruptive individuals when necessary.
