Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Minimum of five years nursing experience.

• Current Georgia RN license; BLS and ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions, changes of condition, and care plan updates; educate staff on interventions.
• Support Nursing Director in reviewing practices and implementing policy.
• Participate in Performance Improvement and audits related to patient events.
• Manage daily unit scheduling based on census and approved ratios.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality patient care delivery.
