Laurel Heights Hospital in Atlanta is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead the unit's nursing and patient care delivery, ensuring quality and safety in pediatric behavioral health. You will collaborate with the Nursing Director to shape care practices and mentor frontline staff while maintaining clinical excellence and compliance.

Qualifications
- BSN required.
- Minimum of five years nursing experience.
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
- Current Georgia RN license. BLS and ACLS required.
Responsabilités
- Daily monitoring and review of admissions, incidents, and changes of condition; updating care plans and educating staff.
- Assist Director of Nursing in reviewing current practices and policies and aiding implementation.
- Participates in Performance Improvement and assists with audits related to patient events or practice deficiencies.
- Conduct audits related to infection control, medication storage and related procedures.
- Maintain daily scheduling of units according to census and approved ratios.
- Collaborates with other departments and agencies regarding resources for quality patient care delivery.
