Job summary

Qualifications

• Georgia Licensed Registered Nurse with current license.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring and review of admissions, incidents, and changes; update care plans and educate staff.
• Assist Nursing Director in reviewing practices and implementing changes.
• Participate in Performance Improvement and audits of patient events or practices.
• Resolve pending issues from prior shift and ensure nursing workflow efficiency.
• Conduct infection control and medication storage audits; coordinate with pharmacy.
