Qualifications

• Master's in social work required.
• Minimum of 2 years related experience serving children and families.
• LCSW required.
• Basic knowledge of medical conditions and pediatric care helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assess psychosocial and psychiatric needs of patients and families.
• Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community resources.
• Coordinate intake and referrals; plan transitions across care levels.
• Supervise students or supervise candidates for licensure as applicable.
• Possibly provide on-call coverage as part of a team.
