Job summary

Dell Medical School seeks a Provider Behavioral Health Consultant in the Department of Psychiatry to support CPAN and PeriPAN services. The role provides consultative assistance to providers managing pediatric, adolescent, and maternal mental health concerns at UT Main Campus.

Under supervision of the Medical Director, you will coordinate with psychiatrists and clinicians, track progress, and participate in outreach and education for providers and community agencies.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field and at least 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation to primary care and OB/GYN providers for pediatric and maternal mental health concerns.
• Coordinate consultations and referrals with CPAN and PeriPAN teams and program psychiatrists.
• Maintain records, participate in supervision and quality assurance checks; support program evaluation.
