Gould Medical Group seeks licensed clinicians to join an outpatient mental health clinic in Modesto, CA, serving children and adolescents. The role emphasizes brief, high-volume visits (15–30 minutes) with evidence-based therapies (CBT, PST, MI) and seamless primary care collaboration.

Expect a flexible schedule, some telework onsite, and a base salary of $100,000–$110,000. Pediatric patients (18 and under) and a multidisciplinary team support this growing program.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician with pediatric mental health experience.
• Experience delivering brief, high-volume consults in primary care.

Responsibilities

• Provide brief, 15–30 minute visits within the PCBH model.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions (CBT, PST, MI) for mood/anxiety/behavioral concerns.
• Collaborate with pediatrics and primary care for integrated care.
• Triage a broad range of presenting concerns and document in SOAP notes.
• Support population health and preventive behavioral health screenings.
