Job summary

Gould Medical Group is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our outpatient behavioral health team in Modesto, CA. The role combines pediatrics and behavioral health to assess, educate, and therapeutically intervene with children and adolescents.

The position offers a flexible schedule with some onsite telework, evening hours, and week-on-call. Expect brief, focused visits using CBT, PST, and MI within a primary care setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician in good standing.
• Experience delivering evidence‑based therapy in primary care/pediatrics setting preferred.
• Ability to provide brief, focused interventions for PCBH model.

Responsibilities

• Integrate with Pediatrics department to provide health assessments, education, and therapy.
• Deliver mostly short-term individual psychotherapy.
• Utilize CBT, PST, and MI with a wide patient age range.
• Provide culturally responsive care and adapt to high-volume clinical flow.
• Document concisely in shared medical records using SOAP notes.
