Arkansas Children's Hospital in Springdale is seeking a part-time Behavioral Health Clinician II to join the ACNW Harvey Clinic. The role supports the medical team by addressing emotional, behavioral, and social determinants affecting pediatric patients.

Requires a Master's degree and licensure as LPC or LCSW; 2 years of counseling or social work experience; 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday, split between the Springdale campus and Harvey Clinic in Rogers. Day shift.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Licensed or registry such as LPC or LCSW required.
• 2 years of counseling or social work experience required.

Responsabilités

• Complete psychosocial assessments and therapeutic interventions to address emotional/behavioral symptoms.
• Perform chart reviews and document treatment progress in the medical record.
• Maintain a schedule of therapeutic follow-up with patients and families until goals are met or transitioned to community providers.
• Educate others on behavioral health symptoms, treatment options, and impact of trauma and health on well-being.
• Attend medical staffing and case conferences and document progress professionally.
• Develop relationships with community health workers and outpatient behavioral health providers.
• Recommend safety-focused dispositions and coordinate transitions to appropriate care levels.
• Manage time and responsibilities efficiently.
• Direct referral efforts of Community Health Workers to ensure care continuity.
• Provide clinical supervision and consultation on ethical issues and supervise LAC/LMSW toward independence.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
