Job summary

StartupNWA is seeking a Qualified Behavioral Health Provider I for the Springdale Therapeutic Day Treatment program. The role involves providing behavioral intervention and support for children and adolescents within an educational setting.

Arisa Health, Arkansas' largest nonprofit behavioral health provider, emphasizes teamwork, organization, and flexibility. The position reports to the Program Manager and runs Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm with full-time, on-site hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, sociology, child development, education, or related field required.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to multitask.
• The ability to work as part of a treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral intervention and support for children and adolescents in an educational setting.
• Work as part of a treatment team and collaborate with professionals.
• Report to the Program Manager.
• Work hours: Monday–Friday; 7:30am–4:30pm.
