Community Health Center of Snohomish County seeks a Behavioral Health Specialist - Pediatrics to deliver clinically appropriate therapy in our CHC Medical Clinics. The role emphasizes prevention, brief interventions, and collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team across Everett locations.

Travel between sites may occur. Candidates should hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field and licensure in Washington state; DSM-5 knowledge and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifikationen

• Proficient in English reading/writing; strong communication skills.
• Master’s degree in relevant mental health field required.
• Licensure in WA state preferred (LMFT/LMHC/LICSW) with CPA/ASWB credentialing.
• Experience with DSM-5 criteria and clinical modalities is expected.

Aufgaben

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy within CHC clinics.
• Conduct screening, assessment, and triage to determine risk and referrals.
• Coordinate care with PCP and other providers; ensure timely follow-ups.
• Lead group classes and psycho-education to promote skill-building.
• Assist with care management and external referrals; document progress.
• Adhere to attendance standards and ensure high-quality patient care.
