Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, or a related field with at least 3 year(s) of experience in health care, governmental, educational (preferably K-12), or other related setting.
• Proficiency in electronic systems including, but not limited to, Google Suite, Trayt, Slack, Athena or Epic, Calendly.
• Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in an interdisciplinary model with pediatric psychiatrists, psychologists, licensed mental health professionals, and operational staff to support students and families.
• Assist in navigating treatment recommendations and assemble clinical background and referral information.
• Schedule, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in the clinical record in accordance with professional ethics and federal/state regulations.
