Responsibilities

• Oversees School-Based Behavioral Health Operations and ensures alignment with standards.
• Coordinates staff schedules and workload distribution to meet demand.
• Monitors staff capacity and service utilization to maximize access for students.
• Handles performance management, training, and onboarding of staff.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA, FERPA, and program guidelines.
• Coordinates school and district partnerships for consistent service delivery.
• Manages travel and administrative logistics for staff deployments.
• Monitors data and supports performance improvement initiatives.
