The role includes training students and families, maintaining clean environments, and organizing daily programs while safeguarding privacy under HIPAA guidelines.

Direct therapy is provided under supervisor guidance to help develop cognitive, language, self-help, social, and motor skills.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills and be able to use Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak conversational English.
• Entry level competency in behavior analytic practice with young children.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with therapists and educators to plan individual child programs.
• Trains and educates students, interns, and families.
• Maintains a clean and hygienic environment.
• Organizes data and daily programs.
• Communicates professionally and adheres to HIPAA guidelines.
• Provides direct therapy under supervision to develop cognitive, language, self-help, social, and motor skills.
