Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a full-time Behavior Consultant to support students in school settings. You will design and supervise ABA programs, evaluate progress, and collaborate with teachers, families, and RBTs to implement behavior-analytic interventions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in ABA or related field.
• Minimum of two years of ABA service delivery experience.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or behavioral/emotional disorders.
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and positive behavior supports.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related human services field.
• Minimum of two years of ABA service delivery, including experience conducting FBAs and developing PBSPs and conducting staff training.
• Minimum of two years working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or emotional or behavioral disorders.
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and positive behavior supports
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

Every state requires all BCBA's to have a state license. If you do not have a license for a specific state, the licensing team at PDS will help you through the process!
