Job summary

Behavior Keys is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, and monitor individualized ABA plans for children in San Antonio, TX. This full-time, on-site role collaborates with families and a multidisciplinary team to promote meaningful growth.

You will conduct assessments, analyze data, adjust treatment goals, supervise behavior technicians, and provide parent education to support consistency across home and community settings.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and active licensure in good standing.
• Experience designing and evaluating individualized ABA interventions.
• Strong skills in parent education and family collaboration.
• Proven ability to document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Ability to work on-site in San Antonio, TX with a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience working with neurodivergent children preferred.
