Behavior Keys is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, and monitor individualized ABA plans for children in San Antonio, TX. This full-time, on-site role collaborates with families and a multidisciplinary team to promote meaningful growth.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting assessments, analyzing data, and adjusting treatment goals and strategies based on progress and clinical observations. The BCBA will provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members, and deliver parent education to promote consistency across environments. This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Antonio, TX, requiring regular face-to-face interaction with children, families, and staff.
