Cincinnati Children's Audiology Department is seeking an Audiology Aide to support direct patient care and assist licensed audiologists with assessment, treatment, and management of pediatric hearing disorders. You will help with newborn screenings, device maintenance, and documentation.

The role emphasizes teamwork across physicians, therapists, and education partners, coordinating appointments and services to ensure timely access.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
• Audiology Aide license by the State of Ohio preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient support and clinical services within the scope of licensure and organizational policies.
• Coordinate complex patient appointments and services to ensure timely access to audiologic care and serve as central point of contact for patients and families.
• Coordinate hearing-related services for medically complex patients in inpatient and surgical settings, and assist in planning cochlear implant or bone conduction procedures.
• Maintain professional responsibilities, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
