Job summary

Blue Cloud is seeking an experienced Administrator to lead the day-to-day operations of a pediatric ASC network. You will oversee financial management, direct clinical and administrative teams, and ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

The role reports to the Medical Executive Committee, develops strategic plans, and monitors budgets to maximize efficiency and EBITDA, while maintaining compliance with CMS, OSHA, and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare.
• Five or more years of experience in healthcare operations.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; clear communication.
• Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial management of the Surgery Center.
• Plan, direct, and evaluate all program elements and services at the Surgery Center.
• Provide leadership to medical and administrative staff for patient care and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Medical Executive Committee to implement strategic plans and goals.
• Monitor operating and capital budgets and report on targets; take actions to meet budget.
• Manage annual budget with CFO to maximize EBITDA and identify improvement opportunities.
