Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group seeks a Pediatric APP to join our Rochester Hills, MI team. The role involves delivering comprehensive outpatient primary pediatric care to newborns through adolescence, performing well-child visits, immunizations, and chronic disease management.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with 1–2 years of general pediatric experience.
• Strong clinical skills in pediatrics including preventive care and chronic disease follow-up.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary pediatric care for patients from newborns to adolescents.
• Conduct well-child visits, immunizations, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and utilize EPIC for documentation.
