Job summary

The Staff Pad in Greenville, SC, is partnering with a respected ambulatory surgery center to hire an experienced anesthesiologist focused on pediatric care and exceptional patient outcomes.

Join a dedicated surgical team for general anesthesia services for pediatric and special needs patients, with a full-time schedule (3+ days/week), no call, and no weekends or holidays. You will collaborate closely with dentists, nurses, and staff to deliver safe perioperative care.

Qualifications

• Experience providing anesthesia care to pediatric patients.
• Active, appropriate state Anesthesiologist licensure.
• Current BLS and AHA PALS certification; PALS required within 6 months of hire.
• National Board Certification strongly preferred.
• Comfortable practicing in Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality general anesthesia care for pediatric and special needs patients.
• Partner with dentists, nurses, dental assistants, and surgical staff to ensure excellent patient care.
• Manage anesthesia care for approximately seven pediatric patients per OR day.
• Prioritize patient safety, comfort, and positive outcomes in a fast-paced ASC environment.
