Adelphi Medical Staffing seeks a board-certified Pediatric Anesthesiologist for a locum tenens assignment in Marshfield, WI. Coverage spans inpatient/outpatient care with complex cases, including 24-hour beeper on-call and multiple shift blocks in late December 2026.

Fellowship in Anesthesiology is required, along with BLS/ACLS/PALS, and the ability to supervise CRNAs. Cerner EMR is used; travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are provided by the agency.

Qualifications

• Board-certified anesthesiologist with fellowship training.
• Current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.
• Experience in pediatric and adult anesthesia, including complex cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for pediatric and adult patients, including complex cases.
• Administer MAC, general, epidural, spinal and regional anesthesia for diverse surgeries.
• Manage airways, place lines, and supervise CRNAs and anesthesia staff.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for pediatric and adult patients, including healthy and complex cases.
  
• Administer MAC, general anesthesia, epidural, spinal, and regional anesthesia for a wide variety of surgical cases.
  
• Manage airways during codes and perform intubations, IV placement, arterial line placement, and central line placement.
  
• Supervise CRNAs and collaborate with anesthesia technicians and other support staff.
  
• Cover beeper call shifts and 24-hour call as scheduled, including emergent and elective cases.
