This full-time role features a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule, with primary responsibilities delivering compassionate nursing care per clinical protocols and coordinating patient plans with physicians.

Ideal candidates hold a Texas RN license, a nursing diploma or be enrolled in an Alternate Entry MSN program, BLS, and have two years of pediatric outpatient experience.

Qualifications

• RN license in Texas (active)
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
• Two years of pediatric outpatient clinic experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred to support diverse patient populations

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate nursing care per clinical protocols to ensure patient safety and well-being.
• Manage and adapt personalized care plans by executing physician orders and monitoring progress.
• Lead multidisciplinary collaboration as coordinator across clinical specialties.
• Coordinate discharge planning and family preparation for the next stage of recovery.
