BMCHS is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Ambulatory Pediatric Clinic in Boston. The role focuses on outpatient care for pediatric patients with specialty diagnoses, coordinating care for newly diagnosed, high-risk, and noncompliant patients within the clinic setting.

The RN will promote self-management, act as a patient-family advocate, and ensure care aligns with the plan of care and policies. The ideal candidate holds a nursing degree (Diploma/ASN/BSN preferred), MA RN license, and BLS

Qualificações

• RN licensure in MA and in good standing.
• BLS certification current.
• PALS/ACLS preferred.
• 3–5 years inpatient pediatric experience.
• 1–2 years ambulatory clinic experience.
• Familiar with population health and care transitions.

Responsabilidades

• Perform nursing assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Coordinate care for ambulatory pediatric patients and families.
• Advocate for patients and ensure adherence to the plan of care.
• Maintain policies, procedures and standards of practice.
